Reporting into the VP of Marketing, you will apply your analytical marketing leadership skills and help develop and deliver a best-in-class revenue centric marketing strategy to drive pipeline and revenue growth.  You will use your hunger to win, your energetic and positive outlook, and your knowledge of what it takes for marketing to contribute bottom-line results in revenue to the business.  You’ll own your number.  You’re not starting from scratch – but you’re going to elevate what we have. You’re not alone; you’ll work with a world-class Marketing team, Revenue Operations, Sales team, and modern marketing tech stack.


Aside from creating buzz and orchestrating multi-channel marketing programs that drive demand and revenue, you’ll also:

  • Reverse engineer a revenue goal into a robust marketing plan with a mix of programs, channels, and initiatives that can predictably drive revenue growth for both existing customers and new prospects
  • Establish a set of KPIs with sales and ensure marketing meets its part of the SLA and sales is additionally following up with marketing demand to lead to predictable revenue
  • Drive strategy and execution for demand generation campaigns across all channels, optimizing towards revenue
  • Interface with Sales, Product and Content teams to ensure all ideas are brought to life
  • Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time through segmented nurture programs
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance to the team
  • Lead the development and management of digital assets (website, landing pages, emails, and ads)
  • Champion A/B testing and marketing best practices across revenue marketing
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey
  • 7+ years of working experience in demand generation or similar role 
  • 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS
  • Balance of left-brain data obsession and right-brain creativity
  • A strong track record delivering results across all online and offline demand generation channels and significantly scaling revenue contribution
  • Understands alignment and comfortable working with senior sales leadership, working with AE’s and SDR’s
  • Excruciatingly detail-oriented 
  • Highly motivated, self-starting nature; you respond positively to moderate guidance yet are capable of (and comfortable with) independent critical thinking and problem-solving, and a micro-manager is your worst nightmare
  • Out-of-this-world project management skills with the ability to multi-task and complete projects flawlessly under tight project deadlines
  • Avid learner who prefers to formulate a hypothesis before asking someone else for the answer
  • You can pivot and adapt in a quickly changing environment
  • Experience with marketing automation a must
