YOUR ROLE:

The Junior Account Executive role would focus on prospecting and developing sales opportunities for a defined market vertical or geographic territory. You would be expected to define and execute a sales plan, find prospective customers, map our solution to their needs, build rapport and close sales contracts. This is a high velocity, transactional process to target accounts, qualify buyers, deliver web-based product demonstrations and manage a pipeline of prospective clients. Success in this position would be based on your ability to be creative in your sales engagement style, effectively manage your time, and be consistent in your focus on closing. This is a high visibility role with a large degree of responsibility and requires regular communication and documentation of your activities.

YOUR DAY-to-DAY:
  • Work with leaders in the company to develop and implement a territory sales plan
  • Build mindshare for Tugboat Logic products through outbound telephone and email prospecting within a given geography
  • Plan and coordinate and deliver web based product demos
  • Convert prospects into sales by differentiating from the competition
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
  • Meet or exceed revenue quota
YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT IF:
  • You have 1+ years successful Corporate/Inside Sales experience, selling enterprise SaaS products
  • You have prior experience selling to small to mid-enterprise clients (preferred, not required)
  • You are a self-motivated, results oriented contributor that can work independently or in a team environment
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills
  • You have working knowledge of sales automation tools like CRM, BDR tool, Lead Gen etc.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are able to clearly and effectively articulate Tugboat Logic’s value via conference call or in person
