The Partner Manager role would focus on recruiting and managing business relationships with solution providers and software vendors that can help us scale our reach into the market. You would be expected to define and execute a business plan for a group of partners, track their revenue sell through, and support co-marketing and joint lead development efforts. This is a detail oriented position requiring strong communication skills and an ability to evaluate the strategic strengths of each partner. We love our partners and expect them to receive enthusiastic support from Tugboat Logic. Success in this position would be based on your ability to be professional and courteous in your partner engagements, effectively manage your time, and be consistent in your focus on building a pipeline of joint sales opportunities with partners. This is a high visibility role with a large degree of responsibility and requires regular communication and documentation of your activities.

  • Work cross-functionally with sales and executive leaders in the company to develop and implement an effective plan for your partner ecosystem
  • Build mindshare for Tugboat Logic products through regular partner touch points
  • Provide product training to partners
  • Track partner success, manage a joint pipeline and build a healthy partner ecosystem
  • Prepare activity and forecast reports as requested
  • Meet or exceed revenue quota
  • You have 2+ years successful partner management experience
  • You have prior experience selling to small to mid-enterprise clients (preferred, not required)
  • You are a self-motivated, results oriented contributor that can work independently or in a team environment
  • You have strong communication and collaboration skills
  • You have working knowledge of sales automation tools like CRM, BDR tool, Lead Gen etc.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are able to clearly and effectively articulate Tugboat Logic’s value via conference call or in person
